Role Description

This is a full-time, Head Office role for a Construction Estimation Engineer located in Pune. The Construction Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing project estimations, conducting research for project evaluations, engaging in value engineering and cost reconciliation and tracking. This role will demand a strong understanding of civil engineering principles to support construction planning and cost management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation skills
• Strong foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering
• Ability to prepare BBS
• Proficiency in reading and operations on AutoCAD Drawings
• Research skills for accurate data gathering and analysis
• Ability to lead and execute effective Reconciliations with vendors
• Familiarity with construction project management and cost control methods
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous relevant experience in construction estimation is necessary
