Role Description

This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Construction Delay Analyst, based in Chhattisgarh. The Construction Delay Analyst will be responsible for analyzing project delays, preparing detailed delay and impact analysis, reviewing project schedules for accuracy and compliance, and providing insights. The role involves and limited to preparing reports to support project claims and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytical Skills, with a focus on identifying delays and assessing impacts on construction projects
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Project Control, including schedule development, monitoring, and compliance
• Skills in Finance and Budgeting as related to construction project management
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
