Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Business Development Manager for our Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad locations. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales skills in Construction Industry is must.
• Client Relationship Management skills
• Proposal Writing and Presentation skills
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
