This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for professionals in all positions within the construction domain at Abhee Ventures. Responsibilities will vary by role, including tasks related to construction planning, design execution, conducting site inspections, adhering to project budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards. Employees will collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to effective project management, and help maintain timelines and cost efficiency to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in Construction and Inspection to ensure project execution aligns with design and safety standards.
• Experience in Budgeting and managing resources for efficient project planning and cost control.
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to work with design plans and blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports, schedules, and project documents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
