Role Description
- Validation of consolidated files received from subsidiaries and reprocessing
- Participation in Central Consolidation work in accordance with IFRS standards
- Assistance, advice and coordination of feedback from contacts in subsidiaries
- Participation in working meetings with auditors
- Participation in the definition & Implementation of procedures, methods and tools (accounting,consolidation,reporting)
- Performance of cross-functional analysis of Group Indicators
- Goodwill impairment Testing and Knowledge of Post Acquisition Consolidation
- Support for external growth by integrating companies into the scope of consolidation in accordance with IFRS standards and Group Procedures
Education, Professional Experience and Languages
- Chartered Accountant
- Atleast 2 years experience in consolidation within an international group of Audit Firm
- Fluency in English and advanced computer skills in WORD & EXCEL
- Knowledge of IFRS and SAPBFC software preferred
- Candidates with French Language knowledge would be an additional advantage
Other requirements
- Experience in SAPBFC software is an additional advantage
- Experience in ERP Migration is an additional advantage
- Experience in Consolidation on Acquisitions / Demerger is additional advantage
- Highly disciplined and well-organised
- Experienced in multi-tasking and diverse contacts
- Occasional travel to International Subsidiaries
- Open to working in a shared service centre
