Role: Accounts – Consolidation Manager

Qualifications & Skills

: Educational Qualification: Qualified hartered Accountant (CA) only

. Experience: 3-5 years of experience post qualification in accounting & consolidation, preferably in a large manufacturing setup with a turnover of ₹500 1000 Cr, including export and import operations

. Technical Skills

:o Proficient in SA

Po Advanced Excel skills & Power BI (for reports, data analysis, and presentations)

.o Working knowledge of creating accounts-related PowerPoint presentations for management meetings. Preferred Profile

: Candidates with exposure to managing accounts in both domestic and international business environments

. Experience in handling complex financial transactions related to export/import operations

.Key Responsibilities: 1. Conversion of Foreign Subsidiary Accounts in INR and assisting in preparation of Consolidation of Accounts. 2. Assisting and Coordination with Foreign Subsidiary Auditors to the extent of getting Quarterly/Year end audit finalisation under IND-AS. 3. Assisting & Coordination IT Team in implementation of Subsidiary Accounts in S4Hana (SAP) whenever Company decides to transit from existing software. 4. Various other Accounting & Income Tax related issues wherever require
