Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 23 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm, to manage financial reporting under IND AS. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on preparation of financial statements, consolidation accounting, and supporting statutory audits while working closely with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IND AS

Handle consolidation accounting, including group reporting and intercompany adjustments

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial reporting

Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors

Work closely with ERP systems to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data

Ensure compliance with IND AS and other regulatory requirements

Assist in resolving accounting queries and implementing accounting standards

Prepare technical accounting memos

Business combinations, restructuring, impairment testing activity

Drive reporting automation and process improvements

Intercompany eliminations, minority interest, FX translation

Support investor reporting and board presentations

Must Have:

CA qualification (mandatory)

23 years of relevant experience in IND AS reporting

Strong knowledge of IND AS, preferably with consolidation exposure

Big 4 experience preferred

Experience in preparation of financial statements

Exposure to ERP modules and statutory audit processes

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
