Job Title: Connex Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Connex Developer with 3-6 years of experience in the payments domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting ACI Connex applications, with a strong understanding of payment transaction processing, switch interfaces, and banking/payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain applications using ACI Connex.
Design and implement payment transaction workflows and interfaces.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance-related issues.

Required Skills

3-6 years of experience in ACI Connex Development.
Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction switching.
Hands-on experience with Connex scripts, interfaces, and message formats.
Understanding of ISO 8583, card payments, ATM/POS transaction processing, and acquiring/issuing systems.
Experience in development, support, and production troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to banking and financial services projects.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, NPCI, or similar ecosystems.
