Connect Advisor - Digital IOT

We are seeking a proactive Connect Advisor - Digital IOT to join the Coperion FHN team. The ideal candidate will be a BE Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in web development and CAD software. This role is responsible for developing digital workflows and creating interactive, AR-enhanced instructions to guide frontline workers in various industrial tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Digital Workflow Development: Develop digital workflows to guide frontline workers through tasks such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• AR Content Creation: Import and enhance CAD 3D models to create interactive, AR (Augmented Reality)-enhanced instructions.
• Web Design and Graphics: Utilize web design methods, including CSS, HTML, and Scripting, to create and edit instructional graphics and technical illustrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of AR work instructions with existing platforms.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Testing: Test completed workflows on various devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, and AR glasses.

Skills Required

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience.
• Education: A BE Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineer degree is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• Experience with CAD software such as Creo 3D, Solidworks, or Inventor.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions like PTC Windchill is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign to enhance visual instructions.
• Domain Knowledge: An understanding of installation, assembly, maintenance, and core manufacturing processes in an industrial setting.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyze and improve operational workflows.
