We are looking for a Contractual Salesforce Conga CLM QA Test Led to work remotely as an offshore resource. The role is part of a major transformation initiative focused on improving contract management processes, system reliability, and business efficiency through high-quality testing and QA leadership. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and reliability of the Conga CLM platform across Salesforce, integrations, upgrades, and enterprise-wide enhancements.

Your Skillset:

• Extensive experience as a QA Test Lead within Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apttus / Conga CLM, Conga Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Classic & Lightning, DocuSign, MuleSoft, API Testing, and AEM Testing.
• Proven experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
• Strong data migration testing experience and advanced Jira/test management tool knowledge.
• Ability to prepare, document, execute, and manage test plans, test scripts, release notes, and defect resolution processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience presenting demos and collaborating across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently in agile sprint environments and support continuous improvement of QA assets and test automation strategies.
