We are seeking a knowledgeable Conga CLM Consultant with 4 to 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their contract management needs and deliver customized Conga CLM solutions that improve contract processes, compliance, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to contract lifecycle management
- Design, configure, and implement Conga CLM solutions tailored to client needs
- Customize contract templates, workflows, approval processes, and dashboards within Conga CLM
- Provide end-to-end support in contract creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal processes
- Integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP, and document management tools
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and performance
- Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators
- Support post-implementation activities, including enhancements and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, IT, and procurement
- Stay updated with Conga product features and industry best practices
Required Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Conga CLM implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management concepts and best practices
- Experience with workflow automation, template configuration, and approval routing in Conga CLM
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration and basic Salesforce platform understanding
- Good understanding of document generation and e-signature processes
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Strong documentation and training skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Conga Composer, Conga Sign, or other Conga suite products
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with legal and procurement domain processes
