Description
We are seeking a skilled Conga CLM Business Analyst (Conga-CLM-BA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract lifecycle management and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Conga CLM solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the implementation of Conga CLM solutions.
- Design and configure Conga CLM solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the Conga CLM platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Conga CLM system, providing timely resolutions.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates on progress and roadblocks.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience working with Conga CLM or similar contract lifecycle management tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from contract data.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
- Experience in business process mapping and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
