About the Role
We are hiring a Conformity Compliance Officer to manage product compliance assessments for shipments. The role involves reviewing technical documentation, coordinating inspections, and ensuring products meet applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review documents, emails, and shipment details for compliance processing
- Coordinate with inspectors and review inspection reports
- Verify product specifications and applicable standards
- Analyze technical documents (datasheets, test reports, specifications)
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate technical records and system updates
- Ensure compliance with timelines, quality, and productivity standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Science Graduate (B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / B.Pharma) or relevant degree
- 2–4 years experience preferred (freshers with strong academics can apply)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Understanding of product standards / import-export processes is a plus
