Job Description.

Must Have:

• 2+ years supporting, configuring, or administering an enterprise SaaS application (i.e. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365, or similar)
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, business rules, templates, fields, roles, permissions, or similar application functionality.
• Experience managing inbound support tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and resolving business-user requests.
• Experience testing configuration changes, enhancements, and product releases before production deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Malbek, Keelvar, or similar procurement technology platforms
• Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Coupa CLM, Agiloft, Ariba Contracts, or DocuSign CLM
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/change-management tools.

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Configuration Support Analyst to join our team supporting a consumer healthcare client's Procurement Technology group. The Procurement Technology Configuration Analyst will support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of procurement technology platforms including sourcing and contract lifecycle management tools. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, templates, roles, and permissions, troubleshooting user issues, testing system updates, supporting deployments, maintaining documentation, and partnering with business stakeholders to resolve requests. The role also requires strong written communication skills, as the consultant will interact directly with business users, provide system guidance, and communicate changes and updates across the organization.
