Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conference Producer based in Mumbai. The Conference Producer will take the lead in designing, planning, and delivering high-quality conferences and events. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, developing conference agendas, acquiring renowned speakers, overseeing event management processes, and ensuring a seamless execution of events and conferences. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet project timelines and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Conference Production and Event Management to design, organize, and execute successful events
• Strong Market Research skills to identify relevant topics and trends for conferences
• Exceptional Communication and Speaker Acquisition abilities to engage and coordinate with industry thought leaders
• Excellent Connects with Industry Leaders, CXOs, Bureaucrats, Government organizations, across industries
• Ability to plan and manage events with exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in the events, marketing, or business consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
