This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for planning and executing conferences and other events. Tasks include market research to identify industry trends, creating event agendas and content, securing high-profile speakers, managing budgets, and overseeing event logistics. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal marketing teams for promotion and ensuring post-event evaluations are conducted to measure success and drive improvements for future events.

• Proficient in conducting thorough market research, data analysis, and identifying industry trends
• Skilled in agenda creation, speaker recruitment, and crafting engaging event content
• Experience in event planning, logistics management, and budgeting
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for events is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the business events sector and experience in delivering commercial conferences is preferred
