Grow Your Staff is looking for a Conference Producer for a UK-based global event company. The position is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting speakers, internal stakeholders, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth webinar execution
- Managing end-to-end webinar production, including scheduling, tech checks, rehearsals, live delivery, and post-event workflows
- Hosting or moderating webinars as required, including managing Q&A sessions and audience engagement
- Editing and finalizing webinar recordings for on-demand use using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Tracking event metrics, compiling reports, and analyzing performance to optimize future sessions
- Collaborating with marketing, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Shadowing senior webinar managers during onboarding and progressively taking ownership of 45 webinars per month
- Ensuring high-quality delivery across diverse industries and time zones (EU, UK, and US markets)
- Adapting quickly to changing event needs, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- 12 years of experience producing webinars or virtual events
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Zoom Webinars; Webex and familiarity with ON24 is an advantage
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage concurrent projects
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a figure it out and get it done attitude
