Job Description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Conference Producer (Delegate Acquisition) for a UK-based global event company. The position is full-time remote. 

The role offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work directly with global teams across the UK, EU, and US markets.

Experience required: 2-4 years 

CTC: 5-8 LPA + Commissions 

Location: Remote 

Time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment: Full-time 

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end delegate acquisition campaigns for international B2B conferences and webinars
  • Researching and identifying relevant delegates, industry leaders, and decision-makers across target industries
  • Reaching out to delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to secure registrations and attendance
  • Coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Tracking delegate acquisition numbers, campaign performance, and overall event KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records of outreach, confirmations, and attendee pipelines within internal systems/CRMs
  • Collaborating with marketing and production teams to align campaigns with event goals and timelines
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Taking ownership of assigned campaigns and consistently delivering against delegate acquisition targets
  • Working across the UK, EU, and US markets while adapting to different time zones and client expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in conference production, delegate acquisition, or B2B event campaigns
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with international markets such as the UK, EU, or the US is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, Zoom, or similar event tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • A proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
