Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Conference Delegate (Inside Sales) Manager with expertise in a sales-focused environment. The Manager will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via calls and emails, pitching conference participation opportunities, and building relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales. Additional responsibilities include managing leads, closing deals, meeting set targets, and organizing feedback to refine strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of event sales, business development, and conference delegate or sponsorship sales
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets within deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in conference or B2B sales is an advantage
