Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1.Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance and routine vibration analysis of equipment such as pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, and CNC spindles.

2.Perform thermography inspections on electrical equipment and motors and analyse to detect abnormalities.

3.Generate oil and grease test report, interpretation and analysis for hydraulic systems, robot and gearboxes.

4.Maintain condition monitoring data, equipment health records, and maintenance notifications in SAP HANA.

5.Review and optimize alarm limits and baseline data in condition monitoring software.

6.Detect, analyse, and report early equipment faults to avoid breakdowns and downtime.

7.Prepare timely and actionable condition monitoring reports.

8.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

9.Static vibration checking of equipment and its analysis.

10.Bearing defect analysis, Problem identification.

B. Technical Skills

1.ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst Category II certification preferred (Category I also acceptable).

2.Experience in SAP HANA for maintenance, equipment history updates, and work order punching and tracking.

3.Basic understanding of vibration/signature analysis for automotive plant machinery.

4.Sound knowledge in Latest Technologies of maintenance

5.Knowledge of thermography and infrared inspection techniques.

6.Basic knowledge of lubrication and oil wear debris analysis.

7.Knowledge of machinery diagnostics, balancing, and alignment preferred.

8.Experience with condition monitoring systems such as SKF, Emerson, or SPM.

9.Understanding of RCFA (Root Cause failure mode analysis) and Reliability Cantered Maintenance principles.

10.Adherence to safety standards, LOTO procedures, and PPE requirements.

11.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for analysis and reporting.

12.Basic Electrical knowledge, PLC (e.g. Mitsubishi), VFD is also preferred.
