Concurrent Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concurrent Auditor to join our team at EHFL. As a Concurrent Auditor, will be responsible for conducting real-time audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The primary focus will be on

monitoring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, identifying potential risks, and recommending appropriate control measures.

Job Description

1. Conduct concurrent audit of Home Loan products, loan disbursements and other operational activities to ensure adherence to company policies,procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

2. Identify and report any deviations, irregularities, or non-compliance with established procedures or regulatory requirements.

3. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

4. Review loan portfolios, including loan applications, loan agreements,collateral valuation, and documentation to ensure compliance with Legal policies and regulatory guidelines.

5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations, and present them to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (LLB/ CA- Inter/MBA preferred).

2. Proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in the Housing Finance Company, with a focus on concurrent auditing.

3. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.

4. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies in India.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and concise audit reports and present findings to various stakeholders.

6. Proficient in using audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent audits while adhering to strict deadlines.

8. Ethical conduct, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
