Concrete Technologist ( Quality Control and Testing)

1. Develop and design concrete mix formulations based on project requirements.
2. Conduct laboratory testing on concrete, aggregates, cement, and admixtures.
3. Perform field testing such as slump test, cube casting, compressive strength testing, and workability checks.
4. Ensure concrete quality complies with standards such as IS codes, ASTM, or project specifications.
5. Monitor batching plant operations and concrete production processes.
6. Analyze test results and recommend adjustments to mix design if required.
7. Maintain detailed records of test results, reports, and quality documentation.
8. Investigate concrete defects and provide technical solutions.
9. Coordinate with sales team, site engineers, contractors, and project managers.
10. Site training at regular intervals to demonstrate product performance.
11. New PCE molecule trials at site
12. Ensure proper curing, placement, and handling of concrete at site.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Concrete Technology (preferred).
• Knowledge of concrete materials, mix design, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with IS Codes (IS 10262, IS 456, IS 383, etc.)
• Laboratory testing skills.
• 5 to 10 year of experience required.
