Job description

Business objectives:

• Conduct site level admixture formulations to meet the performance requirements of client specifications.
• Test the above formulations for the desired test parameters at project site.
• Assisting the ASM/TSM for converting the prospect business into valued customer.

Technical Assistance:

• Formulating specialized concrete designs like self compacting concrete, precast concrete, mass concrete etc
• Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sites related to Admixtures products.
• Undertake on-site sampling for Admixture products to build customer confidence.

Market Development:

• Build long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholders through on-site assistance.
• Build relationship with the site QA/QC In charge, Project Managers, end user clients to generate business.

Market Intelligence:

• Collection and Analysis of samples of competition products to drive improvements in our products.
• Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences in the market.
• Identify non-BPIL business stakeholders and take measures to convert to BPIL account through product demonstration initiatives.
• Coordinate with R&D function for new product development based on feedback of product trends in the market.
