Job Description

Job Requirements

Hands-on execution of Aerostructures composite/Metallic Wing concessions.
Identify the non conformance of concessions from design point of view and to solve the same.
In depth Knowledge/work experience on drawing reading.
In depth Knowledge/work experience of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer concession Methods & Process.
Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage
In depth tool Knowledge/Handson execution on Catia, SAP, DPDS, Zamiz /AIRINA, VPM/PDM.
Managing customer requirements & proposal support Guide & mentor team members
Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.
Good understanding of Airbus standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in Wing concessions
Coordinate with stress assessment team for design solution verifications.
Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team Efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements.
Responsible for Quality & KPI of the project
Analysis of production/ in-service non conformities (concession/repairs)
Monitoring the delivery excellence aspects of the project
Good understanding of Stress requirements.
Good Verbal and written English skills.

Work Experience

Very Good working Knowledge on drawing reading.
In depth understanding of the Build sequence
In depth Knowledge/work experience of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer concession Methods & Process.
Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage
