We are looking for an Interior Conceptual Designer who can lead a team of junior designers and develop sophisticated design concepts for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Role Overview

As a Concept Designer, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling visual concepts. You will collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to achieve the perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and commercial spaces
• Create mood boards, color palettes, sketches, material boards, and 3D visualizations
• Lead junior designers throughout the conceptual design phase
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to refine and finalize concepts
• Ensure all concepts align with client requirements, budgets, and project timelines
• Maintain design consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Well-travelled with strong exposure to high-end luxury projects
• Experience working with HNI clients and handling premium residential or commercial portfolios
• Knowledge of lighting design, high-end art curation, and luxe material selection
• Strong visual presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
