Concept Design- Interior Design

The Senior Leadership Concept Design (Interior Design) is responsible for leading and overseeing the design team in the planning and execution of interior design projects. This role involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards. They also guide and mentor junior designers, manage vendor relationships, and stay updated on industry trends. Understanding of sustainability practices, smart building technologies, and future-ready design concepts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership and Team Management:

Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback.

• Client Collaboration:

Understanding project's needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts.

• Project Management:

Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

• Design Development:

Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.

• Coordination and Collaboration:

Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.

• Design Expertise:

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection
