YD Design is looking for a Concept Architect with 3+ years of experience, ideally someone who has worked on architectural projects with strong exposure to concept development in the past 2-3 years. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Rhino and InDesign, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling design concepts and presentations.

This role is suited for someone who is ready to take ownership, collaborate closely with a growing team, and play a key role in shaping and strengthening our design portfolio. What You'll Be Doing

- Contribute to concept and schematic design for residential, high-rise towers, and commercial projects

- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of design development, and proactively drive concepts to ideation to proposal stages. 

- Develop drawings, models, and presentations that communicate strong architectural intent

- Refine and elevate design ideas through internal reviews

- Translate concepts into well-organized, buildable documentation

- Ensure your design work balances creativity, precision, and feasibility

- Bring fresh design ideas, material research, and references to the table

- Participate in shaping the overall studio design language and standards

- Stay updated with global trends and tools that can enhance design workflow

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with a concept development and design-focused portfolio.

- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, and V-Ray.

- Strong eye for detail, proportion, and spatial clarity.

- Excellent presentation and visualization skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Bonus: Experience with Autodesk Maya, Grasshopper, and parametric design workflows
