About the Role:
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on engineering and infrastructure tasks.
In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI model accuracy on image and video datasets.
- Review and annotate image and video datasets for computer vision tasks including object detection, instance/semantic segmentation, pose estimation, facial analysis, and activity recognition.
- Validate and correct AI-generated annotations such as bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints, masks, and tracking IDs.
- Evaluate computer vision model outputs and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy, generalization, and edge-case handling.
- Analyze failure cases involving occlusion, motion blur, lighting variation, scale changes, and domain shifts.
- Document annotation decisions, edge cases, and reasoning to support RLHF and supervised learning pipelines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with computer vision tools like OpenCV, YOLO, Keras.
- Knowledge of CNNs, feature extraction, image pre-processing.
- Experience with annotation tools and model evaluation.
- Enthusiasm to make foundational AI models perform better.
- Degree in Computer Vision, AI, or related field.
