Computer Vision Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and deploy vision-based models and pipelines that power BPMLinks's core products. You will work on real-world problems involving image understanding, object detection, and visual data processing.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, and segmentation

- Preprocess, augment, and curate image datasets for training and evaluation

- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and latency in production environments

- Benchmark and evaluate model performance using industry-standard metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision capabilities into products

- Stay current with the latest research and tools in computer vision

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision

- Proficiency in a **subset** of the following: OpenCV, YOLO, image segmentation techniques, object detection frameworks, CNNs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, image preprocessing pipelines, model evaluation and benchmarking

- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience working with real-world image data and deploying models beyond prototyping

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment or data storage

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Publications or open-source contributions in computer vision
