Computer Technician

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of network equipment and servers.
• Document technical procedures and maintain records of repairs and installations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in computer hardware and software support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and common applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
