We are looking for aFull Stack Engineerwith strongexpertiseinTypeScript, JavaScript, andWeb Component Frameworks, and hands-on experience buildingmultistageLLMpipelines andAI-poweredcontent generation systems.
In this role, you willown end-to-end feature development, contribute tosystem design, and help integrateAI capabilities into product experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and intelligent systems that improve user productivity and automate complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI / Agentic Workflows (Primary Focus)
Build and integrateAI-powered featuresusing LLMs and external AI services.
Design and implementagentic workflowsinvolving multi-step task execution, tool usage, and state management.
Contribute toprompt design, evaluation, and iterationto improve quality and reliability of AI outputs.
Implementbasic guardrails, monitoring, and fallback mechanismsfor production-grade AI systems.
Collaborate with product and design teams toidentifyopportunities forAI-driven automation and user value.
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, andmaintainend-to-end featuresacross frontend and backend systems.
Build scalable frontend applications usingReact, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Develop backend services and APIs to support application and AI workflows.
Ensureperformance, reliability, and maintainabilityof systems.
System Design & Collaboration
Participate inlow-to-mid complexity system design discussions.
Break down ambiguous requirements intoclear technical tasks and deliverables.
Collaborate effectively withproduct managers, designers, and QA.
Contribute to code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
Tooling & Engineering Excellence
Work withinmonoreposusingBazelandRush.
UseGitfor version control and code reviews.
Track work and execution usingJirain Agile environments.
Contribute toCI/CD pipelines, testing, and release processes.
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in software engineering.
StrongproficiencyinTypeScript, JavaScript,Lit or other webcomponentframeworks (Reactis a plus).
Experience buildingfull stack applications(frontend + backend).
Hands-on experience integratingAI/LLM APIsinto applications.
Hands-on experience withmultistage LLM pipelines- writing, debugging, and iterating system prompts for structuredJSON output from models.
Familiarity withREST APIs, asynchronous systems, and distributed services.
Experience withGit-based workflowsand Agile development usingJira.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, or similar).
Familiarity withBazelandRushin large-scale codebases.
Experience withobservability, logging, and monitoringforproduction systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Understanding ofsecure and responsible AI practices.
