Job Description

Digital Video and Audio (DVA) group portfolio consists of world-class products/services across desktop(Windows/Mac), web, cloud, and mobile catering to professional customers. Some of the products and technologies that the team develops include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

DVA Enterprise API team is looking for a passionate backend engineer to enable and accelerate the Audio/Video APIs powered by pioneering machine learning models. In this role, you will work closely with ML researchers, bringing groundbreaking AI experiences to our users by enabling large-scale productization through cloud-based services.

The key responsibilities include:

Work collaboratively with a distributed team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to build GenAI services/API to enable the next generation of video and audio workflows in the web, desktop, and mobile apps
Partner with internal client teams and enterprise customers to seamlessly integrate these services/APIs into their product
Build scalable and reliable cloud services with observability, logging and tracing to enable quick detection, understanding, and resolution of run-time issues
Build GPU optimized, efficient model pipelines that power the AI features

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science
Minimum 8 years of proven experience
Excellent programming skills with standard machine learning tools such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
Deep knowledge of server-side technologies and familiarity with frameworks (REST, DB, AWS, Azure, Docker, CI/CD, etc.)
Good understanding of AI/ML, including ML frameworks
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience in defining and understanding complex system architectures and design patterns
Able to maintain exceptional development standards, especially related to performance, robustness, and scalability
Possess excellent communication skills to be able to articulate deep technical decisions
Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal direction
Experience working in an Agile environment
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
