We are looking for a dedicated and versatile CS-1 to join our Acrobat Mobile Team. Our team is an upbeat, collaborative and agile software development group passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions. What you'll Do

In the role of Computer Scientist, you will lead the vision for PDF workflows on Android. You will outline product features, compose system architecture, and follow established methods to guide our strategy and ensure product quality. The preferred candidate adapts easily to an agile environment, is passionate about mobile innovation, and has a proven record of delivering new features and products. You should have a strong foundation in Computer Science, mobile technologies, and experience in developing customer-facing mobile applications. Your technical ability should allow you to invent and construct reliable, scalable, and high-performance products.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science / IT with a minimum of5+ years of Android development experience
• Strong proficiency inKotlin and Java, with a solid understanding ofAndroid SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools
• Skilled atdebugging issues across multiple systems or domains
• Proven expertise inarchitectureand in composingrobust, innovative mobile applications
• Experience working withlarge codebasesand comfort writing and debuggingmulti-threaded and asynchronous codein Android and nativeJava/C++ libraries
• Strong understanding ofmobile resource constraintsand ability to implementefficient solutionsconsidering CPU, memory, and battery life
• Ability toinvent new features, influencearchitecture and solution composition, and contribute at thefeature level
• Encourages and motivates others todevelop creativity and innovation
• Actively seeks out and learnsnew technologies and techniques, and advocates for their adoption
• Regularlyshares knowledgewith peers within and beyond the team
• Mentors junior team members
