Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computer Science - Domain Experts to work on a full-time basis. This individual will design and develop advanced computer science problems to test AI model performance, focusing on conceptual and reasoning-heavy topics such as algorithms, systems design, cybersecurity, and other advanced CS areas. The role requires a high level of expertise in computer science fundamentals and the ability to create challenging problems that push the boundaries of AI capabilities. This position is ideal for a computer science professional who is passionate about AI research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced computer science problems to test AI model performance across various topics such as algorithms, systems design, cybersecurity, and theory.

• Create clear, step-by-step reference solutions to evaluate AI model performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to fine-tune and evaluate large language models, including systems similar to ChatGPT.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science and AI research to design problems that are relevant and challenging.

• Communicate complex technical ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, systems design, and theory.

• Expertise in designing and developing advanced computer science problems that test AI model performance.

• Strong understanding of AI research and development, including large language models and their applications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with AI research and development tools and technologies, including programming languages such as Python and Java.
