Commitment: 6-day work week with overlap in Pacific Time hours
Commission: $25K–$35K per year
What You'll Be Doing
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues across web applications and platform workflows
• Debug production issues using logs, telemetry, network inspection, and database queries
• Triage issues effectively, escalating critical problems and resolving others through configuration or guidance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and improve system performance
• Create documentation and runbooks to streamline issue resolution and reduce recurring problems
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in debugging web applications or supporting SaaS platforms
• Strong experience in modern web technologies or customer support for technical products
• Strong understanding of system behavior, failure modes, and troubleshooting workflows
• Strong written communication with a professional, clear, and user-focused approach
• Comfortable working with LLMs, system outputs, and debugging complex workflows
