Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Science Faculty role based in Chennai. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in core computer science and related areas, aligned with FACE Prep's placement-focused curriculum. Responsibilities include developing and updating course materials, creating assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners master concepts and become job-ready. The role involves mentoring students on interview preparation, project work, and career pathways, while staying current with industry trends and integrating practical examples into teaching. The faculty member will also collaborate with other trainers and content teams to continuously improve learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Computer Science and Information Technology concepts, with the ability to teach them clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Programming (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, data structures, algorithms) and practical problem-solving for interviews and assessments.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals and related best practices, with the ability to introduce learners to current security challenges and solutions.
• Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing structured course content, lesson plans, and assessments for outcome-based learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
• BMaster's degree in Data Science,Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline with NET/SET or PhD
• Should be able to solve hands on questions
