Role Description

The Computer Science Faculty role at FACE Prep is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging courses and training sessions in core computer science and information technology topics, aligned with placement-focused outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classroom and workshop formats, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The role also involves developing and updating curricula and learning materials to reflect current industry practices and emerging technologies, coordinating with other faculty and program managers, and contributing to bootcamps and masterclasses. The faculty member will actively mentor students on interview preparation, coding assessments, and practical projects to enhance their readiness for top tech roles.

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification in Data Science or a Computer Science-related Field , with both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees in the same or a closely related field (cross majors will not be considered).
