Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage our data entry operations and administrative documentation at our Andheri (East) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing daily reports, and ensuring that all digital files are organized and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Enter and update data accurately into the company's internal software, CRM, or Excel spreadsheets.
- Documentation: Prepare, scan, and file digital documents, invoices, and reports.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Communication: Handle professional email correspondence and coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information.
- Quality Control: Review data for errors, verify output against source documents, and correct any discrepancies.
- System Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure that peripherals (printers, scanners) are functioning correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (HSC candidates with relevant experience may apply).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM).
- Familiarity with basic internet applications and email etiquette.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Data Entry, Back Office, or Admin).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Andheri, Jogeshwari, Vile Parle, or Ghatkopar (for ease of commute) are preferred.
