Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Assist in data entry and management of export-related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
