Job Purpose
To support the PMC team by managing data entry, documentation, reporting, and digital information systems.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, and MIS reports.
- Maintain digital/physical records and document logs.
- Support preparation of letters, presentations, checklists, and registers.
- Operate MS Office and software tools for data processing.
- Manage scanning, printing, and tracking of incoming/outgoing documents.
- Support DMS operations for drawing and correspondence control.
Skills & Competence
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams for data collection.
- Understanding of project documentation processes.
KPIs
- Accuracy of MIS and reporting data.
- Timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Documentation completeness and traceability.
- DMS compliance and proper document coding.
