Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer at Auronix Tech, located in Devanahalli. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and implementing CNC programming for manufacturing components to high precision. Daily tasks will include studying technical drawings, developing efficient machining processes, operating CNC equipment, and troubleshooting machining issues to optimize productivity. The role requires working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for high-precision manufacturing
• Experience in Machining and Milling processes
• Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on expertise with CNC machines, tooling, and relevant software
• Knowledge of materials used in electronics or semiconductor industries is an advantage

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software

Interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints

Set up tools and machining parameters for CNC milling/turning

Generate toolpaths and simulate machining operations

Troubleshoot program issues and improve machining efficiency

Work closely with production and quality teams

Requirements

Experience with Mastercam CAD/CAM software

Knowledge of CNC machines, G-code, and tooling setup

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related field preferred
