Hiring: Computer & CCTV Technician

HD Initial Private Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Computer & CCTV Technician to join our team in Virar.

Location

Virar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems
• Installation and troubleshooting of IP and analog cameras, DVR/NVR systems
• Computer/laptop hardware installation, repair and troubleshooting
• Operating system installation, software configuration and basic networking
• Installation and configuration of printers, routers, switches and other IT peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Perform on-site service visits for customers
• Carry out preventive maintenance and AMC-related service work
• Maintain proper service records and communicate professionally with customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in computer hardware and CCTV installation/maintenance
• Basic knowledge of LAN networking, routers, switches, IP addresses and cabling
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
• ITI/Diploma/technical certification in a relevant field will be an advantage
• Freshers with relevant technical skills may also be considered

Salary
