Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Computer Aided Drug Design (CADD) Trainer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on industry and training experience to deliver practical, application-oriented online training sessions. The trainer will help learners build strong fundamentals and real-world skills in molecular modeling, structure-based drug design, ligand-based drug design, molecular docking, and computational chemistry aligned with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive online training sessions on Computer Aided Drug Design

Teach fundamentals of drug discovery process and computational drug design workflows

Train learners on molecular modeling concepts and structure analysis

Demonstrate molecular docking and virtual screening techniques

Teach structure-based and ligand-based drug design approaches

Explain ADMET prediction and pharmacokinetic analysis basics

Provide hands-on sessions using tools such as AutoDock, PyMOL, Schrdinger, and Discovery Studio

Train learners in protein preparation, ligand preparation, and binding site analysis

Guide students in molecular dynamics simulation basics

Conduct live demonstrations and real-time case studies

Develop structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning modules

Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback

Guide learners in mini-projects or research-oriented case studies

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in CADD / Computational Chemistry / Drug Discovery (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of molecular docking, virtual screening, and QSAR techniques

Experience with CADD software tools (AutoDock, Schrdinger Suite, PyMOL, Discovery Studio, etc.)

Understanding of medicinal chemistry and pharmacology basics

Familiarity with ADMET prediction tools

Experience in handling protein and ligand databases (PDB, PubChem, etc.)

Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred

Ability to explain complex biological and computational concepts in simple language

Comfortable delivering live online sessions

Reliable internet connection and proper remote training setup
