Job Title: CAD Operator

Department: Production & Quality Control (PROD & QC)

Location: Bantala, Kolkata

Reporting To: Production / QC Manager

Job Summary

We Kisah Apparel Pvt ltd are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Operator to support our Production & QC team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining CAD designs while ensuring accuracy and alignment with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify CAD drawings as per production requirements

• Develop patterns, layouts, and technical drawings for manufacturing

• Coordinate with Production and QC teams to ensure design feasibility

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards

• Support in sample development and corrections

• Identify and resolve design-related issues during production

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CAD Operator (preferably in apparel/garment industry)

• Proficiency in CAD software (Tuka Tech / Gerber / Lectra or similar)

• Good understanding of garment construction and patterns

• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality standards

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer skills (Excel, documentation)

• Diploma / Certification in CAD / Fashion Technology / Relevant field
