Computer Aided Design Design Engineer

Job Title : Engineer CAD + Model

Department : Manufacturing Engineering

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs.

Qualification : DME / BE. Mechanical

Working Location : Chakan, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare 3D models as per project requirements.
2. Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
3. Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
4. Support additional engineering activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
• Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
• Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
