We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-3 years of experience in Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom order management systems and experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting catalog and order processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management modules.
Support the implementation and optimization of order management workflows.
Ensure smooth integration of catalog items and services into the order management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order provisioning and catalog updates.
Collaborate with business teams to enhance system functionalities and meet operational needs.
Assist with system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Comptel Instant Link, Catalog, and Order Management.
Strong understanding of telecom order provisioning, catalog management, and workflow automation.
Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting in a telecom environment.
Good knowledge of telecom business processes and service management.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other telecom systems and integrations.
Experience in telecom BSS/OSS domains
