Role Overview
As a Compositing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-production process, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining the creative vision. You will work closely with producers, editors, motion designers to oversee timelines, workflows, and final outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of post-production, including editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient post-production workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and within deadline.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and editors to maintain the visual and narrative integrity of each project.
- Manage post-production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding high-quality standards.
- Oversee asset management, file organization.
- Guide internal teams and manage post-production team resources.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices in post-production.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of post-production processes, including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and VFX.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro,
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with high-end brands, agencies, or production houses is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
