Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur for a Composite Production Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily composite manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, managing production schedules, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing processes for efficiency, and enforcing safety protocols in manufacturing areas. The Composite Production Manager will strive to ensure seamless operations while continuously improving production performance and managing a team of skilled professionals.

• Knowledge of quality control standards and ability to implement processes to achieve consistent quality.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in reporting, communication, and organizational skills to maintain operational efficiency.
• Experience in composite materials manufacturing or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of new energy storage systems or Flex Fuel technologies would be advantageous.
