Description
The Components Sub-System Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and integration of various components within our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the components sub-system team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for component design and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define subsystem requirements and specifications.
- Conduct performance analysis and validation of components under various conditions.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality standards are met for all components.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 6-10 years of experience in components management or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of component design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
