Job Description
We are looking for Components Sales Managers to join our South India team. You will be responsible for driving Lexar's Component product sales through distribution channels, System integrator , laptop upgrade specialist , gaming and government tenders ,in your designated region, expperience in flash memory will be an additional skill that we can consider as well .
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Component distribution network across assigned region
- Achieve annual sales targets and KPI metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Monitor market intelligence (competitor pricing, channel dynamics)
- Collaborate with RSM and FOS teams to drive regional growth
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Component / Electronics sales
- Brand Background: Prior experience with major Component brands (Crucial, Samsung, Sk Hynix, Micron, WD, etc.) is a MUST
- Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of India IT distribution (T1-T4)
- Language: English proficiency required
- Location: Must be based locally in India

- ✅ Existing network with India IT channels
- ✅ Team management experience
- ✅ OEM / Brand agency experience
- ✅ Flash Memory ( Cards- USB - PSSD)
